Our story started in 2015, supporting clients across the US and Europe with lead generation and remote staffing from the Philippines. Early on, we expanded into tech, delivering more than 10 mobile applications across telehealth, trading, and retail for international clients.
As demand grew, so did we. We built out a dedicated recruitment arm, helping companies across Europe and the US find and secure the right talent - fast and efficiently.
Today, we focus on what we do best: recruitment. We connect companies with experienced, reliable professionals and help candidates access meaningful, long-term opportunities.

Morten Carstensen
Morten, our fearless leader, has over 10 years in recruitment and the outsourcing business. Before that he had 15 years with his own candle production and 5 years in shipping. The annoyingly positive and seasoned veteran is Danish and lives in The Philippines and partly in Spain. He leads the recruitment team and also headhunts for executive positions.
